| December 2001 Chapter 2. Click here for our thoughts upon arrival in Chamonix, and where we first stayed (first version of this page).. We have moved into our apartment in Chamonix at last. Now we are just waiting for France Telecom to come out and install our phone so we can give out our new number! Rob and I are both back from our travels to Germany and the US. Winter plans are to be in Chamonix for the winter season, before heading to the West this Spring for our wedding in Vegas. Meantime, we have finally gotten around to updating this site....still have a backlog of photos to scan in though.... Sorry about the download times. Will work on putting up thumbnails later in December so that the pages load faster....once the phone is installed so we have an internet connection again!
