I download crap for the Sims PC game constantly, and I needed one place for all the links I visit regularly. But these links may also prove helpful to people who perform searches on "sims download sites" or some variation thereof.

My friend, April, first addicted me to the Sims. I recall the original download site she directed me toward: The Sims Resource. Back in those days (the summer of 2001), The Sims Resource provided free everything; now I believe it offers free downloads on a rotational basis, which is not too bad, considering how much crap it has.

Anyhow, I have no money to keep up with the strict subscription sites. No money at all. But I shall provide links to them, because they do post decent downloads. I just cannot access them myself.
