Price of Pet Puppy
$750.00 Deposit to hold pup until 12
weeks of age is $150. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.
Balance must be paid by the age of 12 weeks when the puppy is ready
to be adopted. Balanced to be
paid only in cash or money order - NO PERSONAL CHECKS
Condition of
Adoption:

Adoptee here by agrees to provide a
safe environment inside a loving and caring home for the above-described
dog/pup for the remainder of its natural life.
If for any reason, Adoptee cannot continue to provide for the
above-described dog/pup at any time, he/she agrees to contact Breeder
immediately to discuss other arrangements.

Adoptee also agrees to love, care
for, and nurture and provide companionship for the above-described dog/pup.
Furthermore, Adoptee agrees to maintain the dog/pup within his/her
household at all times and that the dog/pup will not be loaned, leased,
gifted or traded at any point in time.

Adoptee agrees that, the above
described dog/pup will never be allowed to run freely outside; will never be
sold or given to science for research; will never be given to or used for
animal sacrifices; will never be used as food for human consumption or that
of other animals; and will never be given to or used as, or in the training
of fighting animals.

Adoptee assumes all responsibility
for health care and medical expenses, including but not limited to yearly
checkups and vaccinations. Furthermore,
Adoptee agrees never to neglect to seek out competent veterinary care when
the dog/pup is ill or injured in any way.

Adoptee agrees never to (or allow
another to) neglect or abuse the dog/pup in anyway, and Adoptee agrees never
to (or allow another to) deprive the dog/pup of food, water, shelter,
affection or companionship.

Adoptee agrees to have the dog/pup described above spayed or
neutered at his/her expense within one month of adoption date, or in the
case of a pup before it reaches one year of age.
Adoptee also agrees to send proof of spaying or neutering.
AKC papers will be given to purchasers after proof of
neutering/spaying i.e: Copies of the medical papers from the veterinarian
who performed the procedure.
Breeder
reserves the right to phone and/or visit Adoptee, at any time without
notice, to check up on the welfare of the dog/pup and if necessary to remove
it from the premises, if abuse or neglect of the dog/pup is evident.

It is recommended that
you have the puppy inspected by your Vet within the first 48 hours after
receiving puppy in your care.

year genetic/congenital guarantee:
Replacement puppy of equal value or better if the genetic problem renders
