Architecture Information
It is located on the east side of the Palace of Heavenly Purity. The main hall has a covered corridor (Yu 201).
Detail
In 1744 and 1797, the Chinese emperor Qian Long ordered the officials to compile of all rare printed books of Song, Liao, Jin, Yuan, and Ming Dynasties. After the compilation, these books would store in this hall (Yu 201). As a result, the descendants had a chance to read these books, and they can gain knowledge from them.
