How to pay

1) Be sure to have your fare ready before you board. There is a large stainless steel farebox next to the operator. The top of the box has two slots. The one on the right is for deposit of dollar bills or exact fare tickets. The one on the left is for coins only.

2) If you have special identification for a discount fare please have the proper identification ready and show it to the operator prior to depositing your fare.

3) If you board with a weekly pass, please have it out and show it to the operator as you board.

4) If you have a transfer, please show it to the operator in a way that makes it easy to see that it is still valid.

5) Remember to ask for a transfer when you pay your fare. If you do not, the operator is not obligated to give you a transfer. Also, if you are riding with a weekly pass, you will not need a transfer.
