KALAMARI
(DEEP FRIED SQUID)
2 lbs. Baby Squid
flour
salt
1/2c. chopped onions
2-3   sliced lemons
Mix flour and salt.  Wash squid and coat with flour mixture.  Fry until golden brown.  Top with onions and serve with sliced lemons.
HOMUS
2C.   chick peas
1t.    Tahimi
1      whole garlic(pressed)
1/2c. olive oil
1/4c. lemon juice
salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients in food processor.  Serve chilled or at room temperture.  Top with Greek paprika.  Serve with plain or toasted pita triangles.
