You 'have to' get married =o)
Downfalls = You have to get married in the US.
It takes some loooooong days to wait for the visa to enter the country.
You have to have visited each other at least once before applying for this visa. |

Good Points = You get to have your wedding in your own country and then move to your partner's country!
Downfalls = The wedding is not in your partner's country.
You'll have to wait in seperate countries while waiting for your adjustment visa to be processed. |
