*Note: They may not require all info from you so even if you don't have all of this information, give it a try anyway. They'll tell you what to do from there.

Send an Email to [email protected] with the following info:

1) First 4 digits of credit card used to create AC or ACDM account with. (use CC # you used for DM if you upgraded to DM)
2) Last 4 digits of credit card used to create AC or ACDM account with. (use CC # you used for DM if you upgraded to DM)
3) CD-KEY from the back of the AC or ACDM case (use the DM key if you upgraded the old AC account to DM)
4) Original Billing Address used when account was created (or upgraded)
5) Original Zone Name the AC or ACDM account was tied to.
6) NEW Passport ID to tie the account to.
7) New Zone name ON the new Passport ID to tie the account to.


So make sure you create a new Passport ID and a new Zone Name on the new Passport before requesting the account be moved/recalled.
