| Operation Vigilance - September 10th, 2006 Although this event is based around Operation Vigilant Resolve, it is not meant to mimic, copy, or emulate the actual missions or battles that took place during the Operation. The airsoft event, Operation Vigilance, is meant to use Vigilant Resolve as a backdrop for it's own missions. Several different coalition and insurgent forces are represented during the game. During the same time as Vigilant Resolve, the players of Operation Vigilance will participate in missions that coexist in the time frames of the actual operation. |

| Operation Vigilance Resolve - April 4th to April 9th, 2004 On March 31st, 2004, four American contractors were killed, there bodies burned and mutilated, and dragged through the streets of Fallujah, Iraq. This event would be the beginning of a series of battles with insurgent forces in and around Fallujah. On April 4th, 2004, Coalition forces launched a major assault on the city of Fallujah with the intent to retake the city from guerrilla forces. Battles raged through the streets of Fallujah for five days straight during Operation Vigilant Resolve. The fighting was close, brutal, and fierce as neither the US nor the Insurgent forces could gain a definite advantage during the battle. |
