There are 15 one bedroom units.  All units have wall to wall carpeting in a neutral beige or brown tone, air conditioning, GE kitchen with frost free refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher and disposal. Heat and hot water are included in the rent for all units. Laundry facilities are provided either within the unit itself or on the premises.

The one bedroom layouts are the Bostonian and Essex.  One bedroom units do not have balconies on the second and third floors.  The rate for the one bedroom is $1,175.00 per month.

Outdoors there are two tennis courts and two pools for your convenience. There is a man made pond on the premises to preserve the natural beauty of the complex. Sorry, no swimming or boating is allowed in the pond for your own safety.
