There are four different apartment layouts to choose from - the Bostonian, Devonshire, Essex and Foxboro.  We have one and two bedrooms.  All units have wall to wall carpeting in a neutral beige or brown tone, air conditioning, GE kitchen with frost free refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher and disposal.

The one bedroom layouts are the Bostonian and Essex.  One bedroom units do not have balconies on the second and third floors.  The rate for the one bedroom is $1,175.00 per month.

Two bedroom layouts are the Devonshire and Foxboro.  All two bedroom units have balconies and 1 1/2 baths.  The monthly rate for the two bedroom unit is $1,275.00 for the Devonshire and $1.295.00 for the Foxboro.
