Warranty

The component most susceptible to wear, tear and abuse is the cord.  We will repair or replace any traction splint that fails because of a problem with the pulley system, including failure at the internal cord attachment point or failure of the pulley pivot points.  If the cord appears worn from overuse, or if it appears cut as it would be from a knife or ski edge or cat bite, we will not replace the splint free of charge.  Your dealer will make this determination.  We will, however, provide new cord and replacement instructions.

No splint damaged during recreational use will be replaced.

We will replace any splint damaged during medical use while applying traction, as long as a detailed letter describing the activity is provided.   This feedback will help our quality assurance.
