Brewing The Beer



A hobby turned to an obsession. We’re now a full business and still obsessed. Our brewmaster, Timothy Dolard started brewing in his Portsmouth, NH home. He left the corporate world to pursue his passion full-time.

We started brewing at our current location with a 15-barrel pot. Now we have an additional 15-barrel plus two 30-barrels! That’s a lot of beer! We mostly serve our beer in-house, but the added capacity is enabling us to distribute kegs to other local establishments. (But we hope to see you here!)
