PRINCIPLES ON POLICIES ENACTED AS LAW:
- No Policy shall be made Law which: (a) contradicts
or invalidates any Principle of the Codex; (b) contradicts or
invalidates the Covenants of Civil Rights; or (c) invalidates or
contradicts any current Policy of the Codex, unless that Policy
has already been struck down separately.
- No Policy shall be made into Law which: (1) invalidates
the Pact between Monarchs & Subjects of the Realm;
(2) invalidates the Power & Ability of the Monarchs to reign & rule;
or (3) takes the civil rights of every Citizen of the Kingdom.
- Any one Monarch may decree any bill (or etc.) as Law singly,
except where such Law shall affect the civil rights of every citizen, the environment or native-born flora or fauna of the Kingdom, the foreign policy of the Kingdom, or the Succession as detailed below. These Decrees or Laws must be agreed to by both Monarchs of the Kingdom equally.
