I was around 205-210lb when I first took the pill and about
one month later I lost 20+ lbs. Of course, I watch my diet &
weight-loss-walk to 40 minutes before going to work and after
lunch 5 days / week. LIPO-6 is an amazing product. I guess
because I am a regular tea/coffee drinker so I did not feel the
affect of the caffine. Another strange thing is that I feel
hungry easily after taking the pill. But who cares long as it
works.

I was reading thru the reviews and noticed some of the same effects as others from Lipo 6. I started taking this product in the beginning of May. The first 3 days I lost 7lbs and was like wow, this stuff does work. I did feel an increase in energy and alertness. After about 10 days I was out 10lbs and started to not feel the energy anymore. About day 14 I started feeling weaker and less energy than before I took any. This is when I started having night sweats and cheast pains. I am 30yrs old, 5'10" 225lbs. I run 2.5 to 3.5 miles a day on the treadmill and have been weight training for over 2 yrs now. I stopped and asked the guy at GNC about these side effects. He said he never heard anything but good things about the product. I kept taking them for another week. During this week I gained back my 10lbs, cheast pains persisted and rough sleep. I retuned them for a refund and will not suggest these pills to anyone.

I started to get into the whole workout thing in February. I asked around and studied dietary supplements and found that the Lipo 6 was probably the best for me. I too was at my heaviest weight of 260 lbs being 6'1".. As of my last weigh in (May 2,2006) I now weigh 220lbs. Although I have been doing exstensive Cardio everyother day and weight training. I'd give Lipo 6 five stars but like everyone else says your not going to see drastic results unless you are working out and watching what you eat. I am more fit than I have ever been.

This product worked for me! (I just bought my 2nd bottle of it from the GNC)...I started taking it in the middle of March, finishing it in the middle of April... I'm 20 y/o (almost 21), and I was 257 when i started taking it, I'm now down to 244: I excersized about 2-3 times a week with good eating habits most of the time- no one is perfect when it comes to eating- I prolly could have lost more. The product suppressed my appetite and kept my energy up ALL DAY. I had seen a trainer talk about the product, and he says it's the best on the market right now for weight-loss. He also mentioned it's good to stop taking it for 2 weeks when ur done with the bottle, then start again. A good plan with Cardio and strength training will get you to where you wanna be, if you're serious. I'm stubborn about losing weight, but at least I try, i will succeed. So like i said... i prolly could have done better, but 13lbs in a month is still acceptable to me :-) I reccomend this product. If you're already in your healthy weight range, you DO NOT need to lose weight, but it's always nice to be a bit better shape.
