The Smolinski Home Page

This is a picture of the Smolinski family in Stowe Vermont a few days after Christmas 1997. My name is Bill and my wife's name is Josephine and our children are Holly Ann, Mary and Billy

The Smolinski family started with a blind date in Baltimore MD when I was in the US Merchant Marine and Josephine was working at the Social Security . We were married in Kingston PA October 1, 1949 (Fifty four years this year). We then lived in Yonkers NY till we bought a house in Hyde Park NY  where we lived for 42 years. All our children were born and married from our house in Hyde Park NY. After my retirement  we moved to a great town of River Bend NC which is near the town of  New Bern NC. New Bern is the home of Tryon Palace with their wonderful gardens and many other historic sites. New Bern is also where Pepsi was born over a 100 years ago.

On September 10th of 1998 we purchased a camp in West Swanton VT. on Lake Champlain ( Campbell Bay ) about 2 miles from the Canadian border. The year 2000 was a busy fun one. Year 2001 was a enjoyable year though very dry at the lake. Year 2002 was a good year for fishing and fun. We now have a site where we store some of the latest pictures thanks to Yahoo.

We are blessed with three grandsons Chach (Charles), Jacob and Nick (Nicholas). On January 25, 1999 we were blessed with a great grandson Charles 3rd (Tre). On July 7, 2000 we were blessed with our first granddaughter Kali Ann. On September 6, 2001 we were blessed with another great grandson Seth Patrick. On November 5 , 2002 we were blessed with a third great grandson Johnathon Andrew.
