Keeping in mind the inevitable ‘all electric future’, this project attempts to give a complete package design for the electric golf cart and gives new identity to the three wheeler as a show around battery operated vehicle with hub motors. Styling and structural aspects, product semantics and ergonomics are handled in this project. The visual clues are borrowed so that vehicle goes in harmony with the ambience to underline its non-polluting nature and silent operation . The vehicle is designed for the rider to experience heightened openness, compact look, frequent ingress and egress required by the intermittent kind of ride while playing golf. Access and replacement of battery pack is made easy through tray mounted battery unit which slides in and out quickly. The steering is through centrally located joystick to be operated by any of the riders.
