IMPORTANT NOTICE: Hi, my name is Missy, and I am
a poodle/maltese mix. I am 10 years old and according to my mom,
the most precious dog in the world :) My former owners moved and left
me alone in an apartment. I was so lucky to be found by my current mom
and dad and I now live like a queen. A lot of people don't consider
adopting mixed breeds, so I would like to introduce you to some of my
mixed breed friends in the hopes that if you are looking for a dog,
you will consider visiting your local animal shelter and offer a loving
home to one of the many mixed breed dogs that are waiting to give you
a life time of love and companionship. Like my mom says,

Angel
is the newest addition
to my family. She is a Yorkie/ Maltese mix - her mom is
a Yorkie and her dad a Maltese. She is 12 weeks old in the picture
on the left and weighs 2 1/4 lbs. On the right, she is 16 wks
old and weighs 3 pounds! Angel now
has her own page! (On June 20, 2007, Angel will be 4 years old! Please visit her site for updated pictures.)
Truffle is Angel's
sister and her owner is my twin sister! Truffle is slightly larger
than Angel at 3 1/4 pounds.
Princess
is part shephard and part lab. One of the smartest and sweetest
and soulful dogs I have ever known! She knows about 50 voice and hand
commands. She lived and worked in the movies for about 8 years, then she
retired at our house.Parent: Dana McCabe, FL (She even looks like a little movie star! ~Barbara)
Elizabeth is a poodle/maltese and
is really Ava Gardner. She weighs 9 pounds and has seduced us all including
her boyfriend, Edward, a 14 month old Silky.

Parent: Chris Pedersen (He is absolutely adorable - very sweet face! ~Barbara)
Keisha is a shepherd mix. We got her at 7 weeks old
from an animal shelter. She is now 7 1/2 years old. This little
lady is better behaved than most kids, and smarter than a lot of people
She is intelligent and eager to please. The joy
she has given us is undescribable. Her mother
was a purebred white shep. Father unknown but several vets have guessed
a mix with wolf or collie. Parent: Patrece Snow (Cute!~Barb) 
Bo,
short for Bocephus, is a mixture of 3 dogs, Father: Siberian Husky,
Mother: part, Chow, German Shepard. He is a Big Beautiful Dog, and
he will turn 1 on May 16th 2002. He is very smart, and finally out of
the chew on EVERYTHING stage, and very loveable.

Max
is about 3 years old now. He is our SPCA special. When we got him, we
were told he was a Shepherd mix. I have been told by others that he has the marking of a doberman.
Someone told me he walks like a hound. All I know is that he is the most
unusual dog I have ever know. He watches TV and barks at all the animals
- all the time. I really don't know what Max is, but I do know he makes

Darla
just turned two years old and is half Yorkie and half Pomeranian.
You can definitely see both breeds as her hair is more coarse in the
back with the Yorkie black running through it but with a lot of poof
in front and overall red like her daddy was. Her personality runs more
toward the Pomeranian, very energetic but with the coarse terrier hair
never gets matted and rarely needs any brushing at all. I definitely
got the best of both breeds when I found her and wouldn't trade her

"Kahlu." is 8 months old, and the SMARTEST
dog. Vets think that he is part Rottweiler, and part Lab. Its
impossible to tie him up anywhere, because he has learned how to untie
