Eugene Zhilinsky born in Leningrad, USSR, 1962. Graduate of the Art High School (1980) and the Faculty of Architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts (1980-1986), Leningrad. Member of "The Battle Elephants" and the "Leviathan" Groups.

Lives in Jerusalem (Israel) and Toronto (Canada)
