Here are a few tools I use to dress up my desktop. These are all downloadable from the internet. It won't hurt to give 'em a try. After all, you can always uninstall if you don't like 'em. :-)

First, I downloaded a program called WindowBlinds . It's a shareware program that skins Windows, so you can have funkier toolbars, titlebars, and buttons. But, since it's shareware, it loses some of its functions after 30 days. But don't worry, enough is left so that you can keep using it without paying. Pay only if you want to use full features, but the stripped down version is enough, I think.
