Immigration Procedure

1. Preliminary Questionnaire
Since there is no Quebec Councillor Service or Canadian Embassy in Bulgaria the whole immigration process is conducted using written correspondence. 

First you download the Preliminary Questionnaire (found in the download page of this web site) .  N.B:  Married applicants only:  Only one preliminary questionnaire is required ofr a family.  This questionniare should be completed by the spouse who has the greater points evaluation.  This person becomes the 'main applicant'.
In the presentation letter sent together with the preliminary questionniare you must mention the members of your family that will be accompanying you in immigrating to Canada.
The preliminary questionniare is the most important questionniare for the estimation of the application.

If your questionnaire does not accumulate enough points this will be the end of your immigration procedure.  You can apply again in 3 months.
