    a. Secondary school diploma - 3
    b. Post-secondary school 1 year - 4
    c. Post-secondary school 2 years - 5
    d. Post-secondary school 3 years - 6
    e. University diploma / Bachalor degree 3 years - 8
    f. University diploma / Bachalor degree 4 years - 9
    g. University diploma / Master degree - 10
    h. University diploma / PhD degree - 11

1.2 Second specialty - Maximum of 2 points
    a.  1 year - 1 point
    b. 2 years - 2 points

1.3  Priority education - maximum of 4 points
(refer to the list of priority proffessions)
    a. University - 4
    b. other - 4
