: She is from Watchung, NJ where she started studying acting at the young age of 15 as well as Ballet, Jazz , and Modern. She also played soccor and other sports.
Like her co-star Grace, Prepon has no other TV credits besides an MCI commercial (that I know of anyway) but has starred in Theater and the internet tv series 'They Go On' for NBC. She was in a Clean and Clear ad too. She did modeling in Paris, Milan, and elsewhere in Europe.
She loves sneakers and vintage clothes and her favorite book is The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien (How could anyone not love that book?). In addition to having great taste in books she loves Harrison Ford and Matt Damon. I could so write for a stupid teenybopper rag saying stuff like that.
She drives a black 1998 Ford Explorer (I don't know why anyone would want to know this though. Why did I include it?).

Prepon says Donna is "a lot like me. I play her totally straight. Donna is just one of the guys."
