My Favorite Links

These are all links to my favorite websites. Some are ones which I have on my website and others are added because I like them. I have divided these links into categories with a list of links under each category.

My favorite TV show links (Back to list)

Stargate SG-1: This tv show is about traveling to other planets through the use of a Stargate or Dial up device. The travellers are earth humans who are in the United States Air Force. The earth explorers, SG-1 mainly, meet with other alien races and try to establish friendly alliances with each race to learn more about the solar system and each alien race. The alien race called Goa'uld's have symbiotes, which are like larvae, inside of them and they're goal is to capture people who can be hosts for the symbiotes. Most Goa'uld hate the earth humans is because SG-1 is trying to form alliances with other alien races against the Goa'uld. There are good Goa'uld's and bad Goa'uld's. The SG-1, is composed of Col. Jack O' Neill, Maj. Samantha Carter, Dr. Daniel Jackson, and a Goa'uld named Teal'c. It's a good tv show that I like to watch a lot.
Andromeda Ascendent: This tv show is about Captain Dylan Hunt who is a High Guard Captain. A High Guard is an official who works for the system called the Common Wealth which protects people and provides rules and order for which people can lead better lives. Captain Hunt had gotten caught in a time shift caused by a black hole that his ship, the Andromeda Ascendent, had gotten caught in. When Andromeda finally pulled away from the time rift Captain Hunt had realized that it was 300 years into the future. The time shift had caused everything on Andromeda to slow down at an extreme rate while the rest of the world went on. Captain Hunt had found that the Common Wealth had fallen and he is trying to restore order in the universe by trying to build the Common Wealth again.
Lady Maigrey's Andromeda Acendent Link: This links to a fan site of the Andromeda Ascendent tv show. It has a lot of great pictures and a lot of other good things on it including show information.
Xena the Warrior Princess: This tv show is about Xena and her friend Gabrielle. Both women are from Greece and it's setting is in ancient Greece during the time when there were many Gods. This tv show is about Xena's and Gabrielle's adventures in fighting the bad guys who try to do people wrong. In Xena's past she was one of the bad guys herself, but when she met Gabrielle she had realized that she could change for the better. The show mostly revolves around how Xena has to face the bad things she had done in her past and it's also about good and evil, sometimes in the fighting physical sense and other times in a spiritual sense too.
The Simpsons: This tv show is a cartoon show about a family that lives in Springfield. Some of it's characters are Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, Maggie, Grandpa Simpson, Apu, Principal Skinner, Mr. Burns, and Krusty the Klown. It a comedy cartoon show that started from the "Tracy Ullman Show" a while back. The Simpsons had it's own tv show since 1990. The show is about the funny and crazy things the family does in their daily lives.

Howstuffworks.com "How car engines work": This website is a good website that goes over the basics of a car. It includes pictures to see how each component works.
Race Car Aerodynamics and more Car links: This website has a lot of links at the top of the page which are about the different types of cars. Below those links are links on the aerodynamics of race cars.
Racing Car Aerodynamics: This website is a good site that contains information on the science of race car aerodynamics.

The Sims Website: This is the main Sims website. At the website you can download houses, download programs to make your own sim items, or chat in the chat room or post in the forum, plus many more things.
The Sims Resource: This website has many forums for all areas of the Sim games. This website is a place where you can download a major amount of items for your Sim games. I suggest using the "Furniture Catalog" to find what you want.
Threnody Sim's Website: This website gives a good tutorial on skinning for sims using Adobe Photoshop program. It also has downloads for your Sim games.
Crash's Skin Shop: This website will give a good tutorial on more advanced skinning. For example making custom attachments for your new mesh and how to make skins. He also explains what cmx files are and why they are needed. It's a great website to learn more about skinning for the Sims.
Simorphor: This website contains a tutorial on how to use the elevator for the Sim games, many items for your Sim games, and has houses for your game.
The Cloth Menagerie: This website contains skinning tutorials and has many types of downloadable skins for your Sim games.
The Wage of Sim: This site has downloadable skins of all types, objects, and other items for your Sim games. It also has a contest's how to's and cheats.
Jenova's Body Shoppe: This site contains a tutorial on heads and bodies. It also has good downloadble items for you Sim games.
Sim Workshop: This website contains a tutorial on skinning and explains how to make custom skins and meshes.

The American West: This site shows an overview of Native Americans in general and discusses the origins of Native Americans.
Gathering of Nations: This is one of the biggest pow wows in the United States. It takes place in the state of New Mexico.
PowWows.com: This site has a lot of information on dance styles at the pow wows, information on upcoming pow wows, a craft corner and many other things.
Little Deer's Music: This webpage has information about Little Deer, a Native American Indian from the Cherokee tribe. She has different musical styles that are contemporary while still keeping with some of the traditional music.
Wacipi Pow Wow documentary: This site is has information on the drums at the pow wows, general information on pow wows, the dances and songs of the pow wows, along with other things.
Indianz.Com: This site is about current events that is related to Native Americans of all tribes.
Speakers of the Earth: This site contains a links to languages of some of the different tribes, they have videos on Pow wows, Craft and beading, and Cultural videos.
Native American Resources: This site contains an index of most tribe languages from the United States, Canada, South America, and other places.
Navajo Culture: This site contains information on Navajo's in general. It also includes other related Navajo links.
Navajo or Diné Language: This site contains a list of some Navajo or Diné words that are translated in English. It also contains a little bit of information on Navajo's locations.
Navajo Language Resource Center: This site contains information on the Navajo Language, it's use during World War II and Navajo fonts to download.
Navajo Language: This site contains information on Navajo crafts such as rugs, bowls, and sandpainting. It also contains information on the Navajo code talkers, Navajo leaders past and present, the Navajo Government, and much more information on different areas.
Navajo Nation Information: This site contains information on the Navajo Nation. It has information on the dress, the language, the location, the government, and many other things that pertain to the Navajo tribe.
Navajo:The language that won the War: This site contains information on the Navajo Code talkers of World War II and how it helped the war.
Apache Language: This site contains a good amount of information on the wording of the Apache language. It also has links to other Apache information. It's a good site to look at to learn more about Apache's origins and the language.
Chiricahua Apache: This site contains information about the Chiricahua Apache's location, history, and language.
The original version of Chief Seattle's Letter: This site contains the original version of Chief Seattle's Letter to the President of the United States. It also has other links that contain the controversy over Chief Seattle's Letter.

Nasa's Homepage: This is Nasa's homepage. You can view mission information and updated news.
Earth And Moon Viewer: Here you can see weather maps, topographical maps, and other images of the earth or moon.
Office For Outer Space Affairs: Office for outer space affairs which unites with the UN to promote international cooperation of outer spaces uses.
Solar Probe Project: A place where you can view information on solar system exploration
Outer Space Treaty: This is the treaty for outer space exploration
Messeges From Outer Space: introduces people to outer space exploration and information pertaining to outer space and the solar system.

Nine Thomas' Website: This website shows beautiful pictures created by Nine Thomas. At her website she talks about how she creates her drawings and how she colors them in with water colors. Her husband talks about how he prepares the boards for her paintings. This is a great site to view some beautiful pictures along with tips on how to showcase your own work if you are becoming an artist.
Dee Dreslough's Website: This website contains information on how to draw your own dragons using your computer. She also contains pictures of her artwork which are computer generated. She has pictures that are in color and in black and white. She even has dragon items that you can use for your own webpage that she created.
Adopt a Dragon Foundation or Malathar's Website: This is the website where I had adopted a dragon. You can go to this website to adopt a dragon of your own if you want. You don't have to have a webpage. The dragons here are very cute and are cartoon like. At this website you can take a look at the different dragon pictures he has or he lets you use some of the dragon items he has made.
Ethanos Art Gallery: At this website you will see a great amount of thumbnail dragon pictures of all kinds. It's a wonderful site that even has background music. You can connect to his main homepage from the art gallery area.
The Dragon's Den: This website shows a variety of dragon pictures. It is part of the "Dragon Ring" websites. It's a good site that has been around since 1996. At this website you can also view dragon pictures and do many other things.
Rune Star's Lair: At this website you can view various dragon art work by different artists and even view some artwork that is not dragon related, for example some of Michangelo's artwork.
Windseeker's Home Page: A good website that discusses dragons. This website also has background music. At this website you can view draon pictures along with learning more about dragons.
