FERNETTE
Matt was born Matthew Robert Frenette
Matt was always involved in sports, enjoying hockey, football, soccer and Chesterfield rugby. He started playing the drums at the age of 3 (Bongos) and his very first ambition was "to learn side two of Harry Belafonte's Greatest Hits."
Matt onced played drums for the HEADPINS but left shortly before their inauguration  as a performing act to do full duty in his other successful act, Loverboy.
Matt Frenette left Streetheart with Paul Dean in 1979 and met up with Mike Reno in Vancouver Canada.
