MAKE A B5 JOURNAL I encourage everyone who is starting on this therapy to start a daily or weekly journal to keep track of your results. This helps better put the results into perspective, as the curse of the acne patient is to compare on a day to day basis rather than month to month or year to year. Write in a diary or keep an online journal. Many people do this at AbsoluteAcneInfo. |

MAKE YOUR OWN B5 TOPICAL CREAM! Why should you have to spend dollars on commercial b5 cream products when you can easily make your own? 1. Crush 20gms (40 x 500mg) vitamin b5 tablets into a very fine powder. 2. Mix in a little water until a paste consistency is obtained. 3. Mix through 80gms of a non-comodogenic cream base (eg vitamin E cream, Aloe Vera Gel can work well) 4. Apply several times daily on affected areas. (NB This recipe makes a 20% b5 cream as used in the study.) |
