I encourage everyone who is starting on this therapy to start a daily or weekly journal to keep track of your results.  This helps better put the results into perspective, as the curse of the acne patient is to compare on a day to day basis rather than month to month or year to year.  Write in a diary or keep an online journal.  Many people do this at AbsoluteAcneInfo.
MAKE YOUR OWN B5 TOPICAL CREAM!

Why should you have to spend dollars on commercial b5 cream products when you can easily make your own?

1.  Crush 20gms (40 x 500mg) vitamin b5 tablets into a very fine powder.

2.  Mix in a little water until a paste consistency is obtained.

3.  Mix through 80gms of a non-comodogenic cream base (eg vitamin E cream, Aloe Vera Gel can work well)

4.  Apply several times daily on affected areas.

(NB This recipe makes a 20% b5 cream as used in the
study.)
* Amount of b5 taken is up to you
