ACQUISITIONS from 2003 [ Acquisitions 2005 ] [ On order Nov. 2006 ]

LIPI-CNRS Conflict Library, PDII-LIPI, 4th Floor

Books on conflict, conflict resolution, terrorism, democratization and related subjects (260 titles) -- a gift of the French Embassy in Jakarta to the LIPI main library.  The collection is available for use by researchers, students, and civil society (PDII-LIPI, Fourth Floor, LIPI, Jakarta).

Note: the choice of books was constrained by availability, budget timeline and shipping delays. This can explain the absence of some key texts, which we hope to include in future acquisitions. Not listed are reports, brochures, posters, most Indonesian-language publications, and donated books. A more complete list with tables of contents is in preparation as of 11/2006).
