1994 (1st July.) - Definitive. Printed by typography by KDPN. Perf 12.

29 15 cents Green & gold
30 30 cents Blue & purple
31 90 cents Brown & magenta

This stamp issue was to be the regular stamps of the country. The 15¢ is the inland second-class mail rate, while 30¢ is the inland letter rate. Note that the design is similar to the West Vinland 1992 definitive, but shows the crest of the new country: the god Ontywey atop six boxes representing the six provinces of the Free Vinland Republic. The stamps were printed by letterpress using Adana 8-5 press by the Imperial Government Printing Office (KDPN), Baleksetung, Occussi-Ambeno, on white paper with invisible gum. They are perf 12.
