| February 2002 We our settled in our apartment in Chamonix . France Telecom has given us our hook up with the ADSL internet line. Whee! We will be in Chamonix for the winter season, before heading to the West this Spring for our wedding in Vegas. The snow is so far not that great, but we have been out skiing every day or two, and climbing at the Mont Blanc Escalade climbing gym in Les Houches Friday nights and any other time we can spare. Robert is working at the Cremerie du Glacier where he worked last summer - you can ski down to the restaurant from the Grandes Montets ski area. Gen will be in Chicago for one week at the end of April for a friend's wedding (Mary Lou!), and staying to work at the office there. Still have a backlog of photos to scan in, but working on it slowly... Sorry about the download times. Will work on putting up thumbnails so that the pages load faster....now that the phone is installed this should be easier. Past pages: January December November Arrival |
