WHO'S EUGENE BROXTON?

Eugene is 45 years old and has been imprisoned in the death row since 1991. He was charged with murder during a robbery to the Channelview Motel in Louisiana, but he pleads not guilty: I trust him.
I decided to create a Web page dedicated to my dear friend Eugene Broxton trying to communicate all the news that I receive from him in order to find help for this struggle for life, to demonstrate Eugene's innocence and to discuss the death penalty.

October 2005 last news
On June 29, 2005 Eugene's appeal was once again denied by the Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas. Now, to save Eugene's life, we can only hope in a so called Petition for a Writ of Certiorari and in the request filled to the Supreme Court of the United States to review Eugene's case presented by his lawyer in September 2005.

    And we have time to continue our friendship with Eugene, to help him in any way possible through letters, visits, prayers, thoughts, and practical things like sending him money to his own bank account so he can purchase items at the commissary. And we have time to work together with others to end the death penalty here in Texas and all over the world.
