Interested in Trading?    If you are interested in trading with me, first you will want to see what I have and what I want.  The thing about my want list is that it is the plants that I am just DIEING for.  Any plant that you do not see listed on my plant list is fair game for trading.
Never be afraid to inquire.  I am not a mean person at all and I love to hear from other water gardeners so inquire away!  While not all inquirees will result in a trade, it never hurts to try.  To inquire about trading, email me at
[email protected] and be sure to mention trading in the subject line of the email to be sure that your email is not deleted along with the junk mail.
After that, I will read your email and then decide if I want to trade or not.  Give me a few days and if you haven't heard back from me, email me again.  Email is an awesome time and money saving invention but it doesn't always work the way it is supposed to, so if I do not reply within one week, chances are I didn't get the email.  After I make my decision, I will email you back.
When you reply to the first email I send you, be sure to include your address in that email.  When I reply to your reply, I will do likewise.
I ship on Mondays or Tuesdays and request that you ship your lilies out to me on the same days.  If we set up a date for a trade, I need at least a two day notice if you are not going to be able to make that date.  I ship ONLY Priority and request that you do so as well.   Priority mail usually takes 2-3 days to arrive and is much safer than mailing it first-class (regular mail).  It is not overly expensive and the usual price is $4.05, though it may fluctuate a bit if the lilies you are sending are EXTREMELY heavy.
For information on how I pack my plants, read my article
"How to Pack and Ship Plants".  This is how I normally ship my plants and I have had a high success rate doing so.  If you wish for me to ship your plants in a different manner, say so in one of the emails.  As long as it doesn't affect the cost of shipping I will happily oblige.  I request that you pack the plants you are sending me in a similar fashion to that of the plants in my article.
I look forward to trading with you.  Thanks for taking time to read this information.
