![](images/refurb2.jpg) Jo
Ann's first Teddy Bear seen here, was given to her on her 2nd Christmas, in
1956. She was one of her favorite treasures. She followed her through her
own and 4 of her children's childhood, and now
will be displayed proudly in the Scaglione home, in an nice glass case, for all
to view. Her teddy bear was recently sent to The Doll Hospital, in Texas, for a
complete physical, (as they would say). She received new stuffing, a cleaning,
all of her cuts and bruises mended, her little nose repainted, and a new pretty
pink bow. She was then shipped back to us on a nice display stand. All the
doctors and nurses did a wonderful job, making her nearly new again.
