( A )   GOD CONDEMNS WIZARDRY, SORCERY & WITCHCRAFT

Scripture clearly shows the wickedness of wizardry and sorcery.  No child of God should have any involvement with such things;

31. Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the Lord your God. - Lev. 19:31

6. And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits,
and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.
7. Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the Lord your God.
8. And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the Lord which sanctify you. - Lev. 20:6-8

18.  Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.  -  Exodus 22:18

27. A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them. - Lev. 20:27

9. When thou art come into the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee,
thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.
10. There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter,
or a witch.
11. Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits,
or a wizard, or a necromancer.
12.
For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
13. Thou shalt be perfect with the Lord thy God. - Deut. 18:9-13

6. And he made his son pass through the fire, and observed times, and used enchantments, and dealt with familiar spirits
and wizards: he wrought much wickedness in the sight of the Lord, to provoke him to anger.  -  2 Kings 21:6

23.  For rebellion is
as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king.  -  1 Samuel 15:23

1.  O foolish Galatians,
who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?  -  Gal. 3:1

6. And he caused his children to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Hinnom: also he observed times, and used enchantments,
and used witchcraft, and dealt with a familiar spirit, and with wizards: he wrought much evil in the sight of the Lord, to provoke him to anger. - 2 Chron. 33:6

19. And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits,
and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?
20. To the law and to the testimony:
if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
21. And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and look upward.
22. And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness, dimness of anguish;
and they shall be driven to darkness. - Isaiah 8:19-22

9. Therefore hearken not ye to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreamers, nor to your enchanters,
nor to your sorcerers, which speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon:
10. For they prophesy a lie unto you, to remove you far from your land; and that I should drive you out, and ye should perish. - Jeremiah 27:9-10

12.  And I will cut off witchcrafts out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers:  -  Micah 5:12

4.  Because of the multitude of the whoredoms of the wellfavoured harlot,
the mistress of witchcrafts, that selleth nations through her whoredoms, and families through her witchcrafts.
5.
Behold, I am against thee, saith the Lord of hosts; and I will discover thy skirts upon thy face, and I will shew the nations thy nakedness, and the kingdoms thy shame.
6.  And I will cast abominable filth upon thee, and make thee vile, and will set thee as a gazingstock.  -  Nahum 3:4-6

9. But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one:
10. To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God.
11. And to him they had regard, because that of long time
he had bewitched them with sorceries. - Acts 8:9-11

18. And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles' hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money,
19. Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost.
20. But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.
21.
Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God.
22. Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.
23.
For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity. - Acts 8:18-23

19.  Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20.  Idolatry,
witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
21.  Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past,
that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. -  Gal. 5:19-21

20.  And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21.  Neither repented they of their murders,
nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.  -  Rev. 9:20-21

7. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
8. But the fearful, and unbelieving,
and abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. - Rev. 21:7-8

27. And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life. - Rev. 21:27
