| I am extremely happy about the return of New England Promotions to the Cranston area again this year. I can not wait to see all of our loyal fans ringside having the time of their lives tearing the roof off Cranston West High School. However, witht hat said, I must stress that with the arrvial of Nick Nilsen, "The Chairman" Tom Ugly, Brian Anthony and Paul E. Normus, the enforcemnt of NEP policies will be at an all-time high. All of the NEP officials including myself will be implimenting and enforcing every rule invoked by this great organization. I will be watching every move the Stars make both old and new and I do not care about your past reptation outside NEP. This goes double for Tom Ugly. I have heard about your hunger for weilding a steel chair and using it at every opportunity however in NEP this will not be tolerated. As with all NEP athletes, your past does not matter because NEP is a fresh start for everyone. Furthermore there will be no toleration for lack-luster officating and poor calls in the ring. Not only are the NEP Stars on notice, but the officials as well. Everyone involved with NEP will be held accountable for both the success or failure of this fine company.
