SOUND-OFF
The match that was never supposed to happen, did just that... it happened and in a big way!

When signing the contract to face Angel for the NEP Title, Nero overlooked the stipulation in his contract that did not warrent a re-match. His cokcyness would prove to be his undoing as he was defeated in that brutal 'Street Fight'. His title was lost and he would not get another shot to earn it back.

Nero lobbied the commitee and petitioned the boys in the back and after fans voted on NEP.com, the re-match was made.

Nero and Angel came out at "Return to Glory" looking to not only win, butto end the other man's career. Nero had even been quoted in saying it wasn't going to be a wrestling match, it was going to be a fight.

The two men went back and forth as they took eachother to their limit. Just when Angel was gaining momentum, Nero stepped to the side of a flying forearm and Senior Referee Rob McMahon was on the receiving end. With the referee down, Nero enlisted the aid of NEP Newcomer Tom Ugly to come in and demolish Angel with one of the most devistating suplex in the business.

As both men lay prone, the referee too was out. As Nero got to his feet, he took control and seemed to have the match in hand, but then he too inadvertntly hit the referee. Seeing the opportunity to even the odds, Chris Envy slid into the ring and planted a jaw rocking "Seeing Stars" Superkick to Nero's face.

Eventually, both Angel and Nero found themselves on the second rope when Nero, in the blink of an eye, nailed his "Time to Shine" RKO for the 1-2-3. However the finsih was controversial as at 2, Angel put his foot on the rope which referee McMahon blantently ignored.

Just then, 'Maniac' Justin Martin stormed the ring in defenseof the fallen Champ. As Angel got ot his feet to see Nero and the referee smiling at each other, Angel tried to get at them. Martin was seemingly holding him back, only to hit a devistating clothesline to level Angel thus alligning himself with Team Nero. Martin, nero and referee McMahon celebrated the victory and New NEP Championship as the show closed..

Stay tune to see the fallout from "RTG"
