PANATHINAIKOS
Nick Galis, after 13 years of playing in Aris, finally signed to Panathinaikos in 1992-1993 season. He played until 1994, when his third season with the team  was ended early, because of him being unpleased by his playing time (he fought with coach Kostas Politis, former Panathinaikos coach, and left the arena). This was his last basketball home, where he could not finally earn any important title.

Greek Championships: 2nd place in 1993, 3rd place in 1994

Euroleague: 3rd place (final four 1994, Tel Aviv: Panathinaikos-Olympiacos: Galis 8 points, Panathinaikos-Barcelona: Galis 30 points)

Galis, even being a 35 year old man, continued offering lots of emotions to his fans. His 13/13 fg against AEK, along side with the fact that he was the best passing man in the league for two years, were pretty remarkable (he returned in point guard position after 13 years. In the Year 1992-1993 he served 5,8 assists per game, while in 1993-1994, 5,1. Total: 402 assists in 80 games, averaging 5 per game).
In Euroleague, Galis' would still remind everyone, that he was not over yet. Scoring 38 points against Virtus  Bologna (by then Buckler, later known as Kinder), he led some italian reporters speaking about a white copy of  Michael Jordan. Just for history, that game ended up as a Panathinaikos victory over Virtus (72-85).
