New Logo Unveiled
The Dragon Takes Shape (12/13/01)

Dragons' management unveiled today the new look for the franchise. an updated logo, giving them a new fresh look. Taking them away from the traditional middle ages view of the mythical beast of lore and legend.

Initial Inductees
Hall of Fame Inductees Announced (12/03/01)

The first inductees into the Dragons' Hall of Fame were announced this morning at a sparsely attended news conference. Dragons' officials left a piece of notebook paper tacked to an Adams Supermarket Bulletin Board. The first inductees are: Rit Carter, Stan Funk and Keith Little. Coming Soon - Dragons' Hall of Fame
Hall of Fame Established (11/07/01)

Coming soon will be the first electees to the Dragons Hall of Fame. The players elected to the hall of fame are those that have contributed the most to Dragon/Horde history past present and future. Look for the new page soon!


New Season Starts with a Thud!
Post championship Letdown (10/29/01)

With barely enough time to enjoy the hard fought Championship, the Dragons began the next season on Saturday October 20th.

Was there perhaps a case of the dreaded letdowns or was the opponent better that night? Centerman Mike Connors was heard to say "No way they are better than us!" After the game a 3-2 loss to Dilligaf in lid lifter to the new campaign.

Sporting a new look, with a a new/old goalie, Chris Cronkite returns to the Dragons after a one season hiatus. And re-joining the squad after a season with the despised Wolfpack is Ray Glowicki.

Since thier opening loss to Dilligaf, the Dragons have posted convincing 4-1 and 6-1 wins over Team Junk and B&W. Next game is slated for November 4th @6PM.


Dragons Win First Ever Championship
Six Years in the Making (10/17/01)

������� As reported first on the EH Blades page. The Dragons seized their first ever DEK Championship this week by sweeping the Wolfpack 3-2 and 6-4. Leading the way for the Dragons were Jim Gaglione and Dennis Connors each with Hattricks in the final game. Gaglione was awarded the MVP award barely eeking it out over the aforementioned Connors.

Members of the Dragons include: Mike Connors #10, Dennis Connors #21, Jim Gaglione #5, Chris Szymula #27, Dave Spencer #72, Kathleen Higgins #8, Doug Stewart #1, Steve Lamonica #11, Goalie Todd Abala, Keith Burr #7, Mick Pechenuk, Mike Ugliorli #25 and Captain Dave Carter #23. After suffering thru countless seasons since early 1995, the Dragons brought home the Championship in style. Defensemen Spencer was heard to say afterward "bout damn time".

Congrats Dragons on a hard fought Championship.
