1.Open
a new file.Go to Insert-New symbol, name it graphic1and check graphic
radiobutton.You are now in the graphic editing mode.
2.Select the rectangle tool.For
the stroke color choose no stroke.Draw a small rectangle on the stage.Place
it in the center by selecting the rectangle, then Ctr+X ,then Ctr+V.
3.Again go to Insert-New symbol,
name it movieclip1and check the movieclip radiobutton.You now are in the
movieclip editing mode.Open the library(Ctr+L) and drag the graphic1 onto
the stage Place it in the center.Go to frame20 and press F5 to insert
a frame.
4.In the movieclip1 itself
create a new layer.In frame1 of this layer drag graphic1 from the library
and place it exactly in the center so that it lies exactly over the graphic
of layer1.Now break it(Ctr+B).
5.Go to frame 20 and press
F6 to insert a keyframe.Choose the rectangle tool,choose no stroke for
stroke color and any color for the fill.Draw a rectangle to theright &
above the graphic1 as shown in the picture1 below.Write any text over
this rectangle.

6.Select the line tool.Choose
the stroke a shade lighter or darker than the graphic.From the center
of the movieclip draw 3 lines to different corners of the rectangle as
in the picture2 below.
