As eldest brother of the Tracy boys, I've always had a leadership role, and this comes into play within the rescue operations we perform as well. Thunderbird 1 is, of course, our scout ship, and in it I arrive on the scene of the rescue site before anyone else in the organization does. As I assess the needs of those in peril, I radio back to my father and Brains, giving them a chance to decide which pod to send along with Virgil and his crew in Thunderbird 2. Then we get down to work!

When I'm not on a mission, I'm at home on Tracy Island in the South Pacific. I love our big rambling home and always have a myriad of projects to do there. Quite often, you can find me reading on the pool deck or sneaking around the kitchen to take a peck out of something yummy Grandma is baking! (I've gotten quite a few swats for getting caught at that! OUCH)!!!!

A little about me is in order, I suppose! I was born on April 4th, 2035, and my favorite cake is yellow with milk chocolate icing, just in case you're baking one! After I graduated high school, I attended Yale University and then transferred my units to Oxford University in England, from which I graduated. Following school, I entered the US Air Force; I was fascinated by aeronautics and wanted to be a "fly boy!" By the time I completed my tour of service, I had received several medals for valor; I was very honored to be presented one of them at a ceremony honoring my dad for his service to the Air Force! What a proud day for the Tracy family!

Other stuff: My favorite color is blue (as is my IR sash); favorite vacation spot: Disneyland; favorite meal: steak and shrimp with a roasted potato; favorite pastimes: reading, chess, archery and playing Scrabble. When I'm at home, you'll most likely find me in the lounge working out specifications for our rescue fleet with Dad or Brains, but I'm also just as fond of bowling, billiards or target practice played in our games room. I love hanging out with my brothers and am, of course, especially close to Virg, the first of my little brothers. Because we grew up doing so much together, the two of us work like a well-oiled machine, whether on a desperate rescue operation or hustling Alan and Gordon at poker! See there---I'm not always thinking about work! Honest!
