slaves: When she died, in the year of 1899, she did´nt have slaves any more, because they have already been freed by the Golden Law [Lei Áurea], since 1888, but we found the names of about four (4) of her slaves or ex-slaves: Ignez, Olímpio da Cunha Pereira, Marcolina, and Honório Carneiro. At least the slaves with surname were married, in Serro, MG, Brazil, in 1884, and 1886, with free women, constituting family. The slave with surname "Cunha Pereira", might be inherited from her husband, in view of the family name that he carried on.

Probably, when her husband was still alive, she lived in the Behind (or Above) Mother Church Street [Rua de Trás (ou de Cima) da Matriz], that belonged to Luiza Victória de Siqueira Henriques de Ayala, and that was inherited by the daughter of these one Ignez Lidora Rosa de Queirós.
