Pluto

My Home Planet

I, the Queen of the Universe, am from Pluto. I was born and raised there, and it's still my favorite place to visit. Earth astronomers still don't know that people live there because they live under ground. The same goes for Mars, and just to clear up a common misconception, Martians aren't green, they're red or purple. The purple ones have been noted to resemble goats. Plutonians are purple--natives, that is. I look Human because both of my parents were Human. Plutonians have 3 arms and 3 legs and elephant-like noses. They can use Human speech from their mouths, but their native language uses whistles of varied length and pitch issued from the nose. They also have some telepathic ability, but prefer not to use it.

My home planet

As I said before, Plutonians live underground. They have special ducts directing light and heat up from the center of the earth throughout their cities and along the tunnels that connect the cities. Each Plutonian family of 4 to 5 people has its own cave carved into the rock. It has a shelf-lined front room for dining and the storage of food, tools, and other objects the family might have such as childrens' toys, books, pictures, etc. There is also a back room used mainly for sleeping with a tube in the corner used as a bathroom or for trash. The front room also has a door and sometimes windows leading out into a tunnel. This tunnel is like the streets of Earth. The doors and windows of many houses and businesses lead onto it, and it connects to other tunnels. Plutonian cities are always circular, with some tunnels in rings and others like the spokes of a bicycle radiating out from the city center, where there is a large meeting hall. Some of the spoke-tunnels lead past the edge of the city to other cities or industrial areas. The commercial district is usually in the center of the city, with the residential district going to the end.
