I BELIEVE

I believe in the right of the individual and his right to life, liberty,

 and the pursuit of happiness.

I believe that every right implies a responsibility; every opportunity, an obligation;
 every possesion a duty.

I believe that the law was made for man and not the man for law;

the government is the servant of the people and not their master.

I  believe in the dignity of labor, whether of the head or the hand;

that the world owes no man a living,

 but owes every man an opportunity to make a living.

I believe that thrift is essential to a well ordered living

and that economy is a prime requisite of a sound financial structure,

whether in government, business or personal affairs.

I believe that truth and justice are fundamental to an enduring social order.

I believe in the sacredness of a promise,
that man's word should be as good as his bond;

that character not wealth or power or position is of supreme worth.

I believe that the rendering of useful service is the common duty of mankind

and that only in the purifying fire of sacrifice

 is the dross of selfishness consumed

and the greatness of the human soul set free.

I believe in an all wse and all loving God, named by whatever name, 

and  that the individual's  highest fulfillment, the greatest happiness,

and widest usefullness are to be found in living in harmony with His will.

I believe that  love is the greatest thing in the world;

that it alone can overcome hate;

that right can and will triumph over might.

Hugs

			It's wondrous what a hug can do,
			A hug can cheer you when you're blue
			A hug can say, "I love you so,"
			Or, "Gee I hate to see you go."
			A hug is, "Welcome back again,"
			And, "Great to see you!"
			Where have you been?"
			A hug can soothe a small child's pain
			And bring a rainbow after rain
			The hug! There's just no doubt about it,
			We scarecely  could survie without it!
			A hug delights, warms, and charms,
			It must be why God gave us arms.
			Hugs are great for fathers and mothers,
			Sweet for sisters, swell for brothers.
			And chances are your favorite aunts
			Love them more than potted plants.
			Kittens crave them, puppies love them.
			Heads of states are not above them.
			A hug can break the language barrier,
			And make your travels so much merrier.
			No need to fret about your store of them
			The more you give the more there is of them.
			So stretch those arms without delay
			And GIVE SOMEONE A HUG TODAY!
