It was late in the day when I got back.  I was so excited to see rafters up that I grabbed the camera and walked 30 ft. from the car before I realized I didn't have my crutches with me.  My knee has made a good recovery today.(Sun.)

Day nine was a rainy day and the forklift had a flat tire.     10/23/00
Next day the fork lift is fixed.

I got back late from Madison so it's dark again.  It's starting to look like the picture.  End of day twelve.     10/26/00

End of day fifteen.  Skylights and shingles done on one side.     10/31/00
It was so warm on the roof  Nov. 1st that Mike and John didn't need shirts.
The front cross beams are done.  End of day sixteen.     11/1/00
Day seventeen is window day.  All the windows were put in except for one that Jerry missed ordering, and the triangular custom built windows in the top where the plywood  temporarily boards it up .
