SUMMER AUTUMN 'ONE NIGHTER' TASTING Friday 7, MARCH 2008 7.15 - 10.00pm. I have selected wines which could help soften the edges of the year ahead! Taste both New Zealand and Australian red and white wines, including some of my own wines with a generous food platter. Transport is provided. Meet at the UNIPOL Recreation Centre, Anzac Avenue. Weston Winery/ Otago University Students Association (OUSA) wine program 1st Semester 2008. Wine Making where students make a quantity of good quality wine and recieve two or three bottles at the completion of the course. Clubs and Societies Centre Dates: Tuesdays: March 11, and 18th 2008, plus three more Tuesdays in April / May to be determined based on the progress of the wine. Time: 8pm9.30pm This is a multipul session wine making course with at least five intermitant sessions. Students get to make there own grape wine such as Sauvigon Blanc or Merlot or other, bottle and design their label. Includes visits to the winery and is instructive and fun. COTTAGE LOUNGE TASTINGS 2008 Another feast of freindly wine tasting. Wine Tastings: Will vary for each Tasting. Dates: Tuesday: April 1, May 6, 20, 2008 Time: 7.30pm 10pm. Beer Tasting: Dates: Tuesday April 8, 2008 Time: 7.30pm 10pm.
