My winery is located in the
hill suburb of Wakari. The production is quite small at around 2-3000 bottles
a year. The wine is handcrafted from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the Otago vineyards
of Bendeemer, Highgate, Cromwell and Roxburgh. A small amount of fruity Black
Currant wine is made from the Taieri Plain nearby in dry, sweet and Port styles.
All the wine is pure and none filtered and made in young and aged styles. I also
run a reserve celler that now 6 year old Chardonnay and Pinot in stock.
