be found in their respective sections. All my Icon designing
experience is also from Baan but I have kept in a separate Icons
section.

Concerns of UI
designers:
Probably I can call it my concerns rather than concerns of UI
designers! Most of the time UI designer�s background being
non-business related, technical words like �purchase invoice cash
dates�, �generate handling units� etc,. sounds like jargons at
first. To come up with really user-friendly software and easy
navigation of any application one must really understand actual way of
handling these terms well. Meeting real users and watching real
business process/work flow would be really critical for any UI
designers to come up with ideas and options. Understanding real users
requirements and converting those in to usable product is not that
easy with just user requirement document/business requirement or by
reading a lot about it. Bottom line is visit real users, watch them in
action.
