Prayers have been answered for Pete and Lorraine Smith who are moving to a senior adult apartment complex in Bensenville this spring. After a long wait, they are excited about this new chapter in their lives and invite their friends from Sauganash to come visit them anytime!

The sanctuary looked so beautiful on Easter Sunday! Thanks to Nadine Wahler for coordinating the purchase of the lilies. 61 plants were provided by members and friends of the church!

Have you seen the lovely exterior banner on the Peterson side of the church.This has been installed to draw attention to our church for this year, our 75th Anniversary!

We are working on a special anniversary edition of the Torch (with history, reminiscences and news of former members), to send to a much wider mailing list this summer. Please send in your memories as soon as possible to be included in the publication. Target date for the issue is June 1st!

What a good addition to our worship the recent drama presentations have been -- the children's presentation on Palm Sunday, the "Symbols of the Resurrection" on Easter, and "The Voices of Easter" program on April 22. If you would like to help out with future productions of the Drama Ministry please let Wendy Buffington know.

Choir meets on Thursdays at 7 pm in the Conference Room.
