| A Spaghetti Dinner from the Olive Garden Friday, May 4, 2001, 6 pm The Sauganash Community Church Women's Auxiliary is hosting a Spaghetti Dinner with Spaghetti, Salad and Breadsticks from the Olive Garden. We hope that you have purchased your tickets and will be joining us this Friday evening, May 4th, from 6 pm to 8 pm in Fellowship Hall. Proceeds will benefit SCC and the missions of the Women's Auxiliary. Special thanks to Judy Waddick for all of her hard work in bringing this event together. Just wait until you taste her fabulous homemade Italian desserts! We apologize to those of you who hoped to attend this event but did not purchase tickets in advance. This is a reservations only event because we had to give an exact count to the Olive Garden in advance. Reminder to Auxiliary Members Their will be a short Women's Auxiliary Meeting following the worship service on Sunday, May 6th. ABC's Diet and Fitness Presentation Postponed We apologize for the mis-information given in the May issue of the Torch. The ABC's of Women's Health seminar was postponed to accommodate the Spaghetti Dinner. It will not be held on May 18, and no substitute date has been chosen at this time. Please check back, this is a very special part of our mission and it will definitely be rescheduled. |
