Side Effects: Mild stomach irritation sometimes, at the beginning of treatment.  (Could have been due to megadosing Vit C. though)  Dry eyes (still happens occasionally) and vision blurring (happened at about the 4th month of b5 usage - could be due to too much computer staring)
Comments:  It is important not to be discouraged by temporary relapses into lesions, they subside gradually with time.  The most important thing for me was that b5 rendered my back and chest lesions non-existant.  My face never suffered from acne much, but still the results I see there are more than satsifying.

Side Effects: Improved appetite, more energy, dry lips; nothing serious though.
Comments: I think I need to give the b5 another 5 or 6 weeks before I make any judgments but so far so good.  In the last 2 - 3 weeks I have had very few breakouts compared to normal, and my biggest problem area (my back) is now also improving greatly.  I also take b-complex, vit C, zinc, fish oil in small doses, drink lots of water and avoid fat/junk food.  I also have greatly reduced my sugar intake so maybe all of these things are coming together.
