Side Effects: Stomach discomfort, gas, occasional diahorrea, swollen glands in neck, GI problems are significantly reduced when b5 is taken with food!
Comments: Took 10gms daily for two months. Now down to 7gms and plan to reduce further. For me, b5 has not been a miracle cure all by itself (I still use salicylic acid and BP) but it is an extremely valuable addition to my acne fighting regimen.
